Return & Refund Policy

At Jessie Boys, every pair of eyewear is crafted, checked and wrapped with intention. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your sunglasses arrive damaged or develop a fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@jessieboys.com.au. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging (case, cloth and any accessories). Return postage is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty. Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Exchanges

We're happy to arrange an exchange for a different colour or style, subject to availability. Exchange items must meet the same conditions as change-of-mind returns.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned for change of mind. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.
