Shipping
Dispatch Times
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours (business days) from our studio.
You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Where We Ship
We ship Australia-wide and internationally.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your parcel on its way.

Jessie Boys is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, carriers or customs.
International Duties & Taxes
International orders may incur duties or import taxes.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
Order Adjustments
If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it.
After this time, your order may already be in processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Jessie Boys eyewear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your sunglasses arrive damaged or develop a fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll assess the issue quickly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Change of Mind Returns
Because eyewear is a personal-wear item, we accept change-of-mind returns for:

Unused, unworn sunglasses
-
In original condition
-
In original packaging (case, cloth and any accessories)
-
Returned within 14 days of delivery
Return postage is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Exchanges
If you'd prefer a different colour or style, we’re happy to arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
Exchanges must meet the same criteria as change-of-mind returns:

In original packaging
Email us with your preferred new style or colour and we’ll take care of the rest.
Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
