Shipping

Dispatch Times

All orders are dispatched within 48 business hours from our studio.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Estimated Delivery Times

Australia Express (included): 1–3 business days
International: 5–14 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location and peak periods.

Where We Ship

We ship Australia-wide and internationally.
Available shipping options and pricing will appear at checkout based on your location.

International Duties & Taxes

International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Order Adjustments

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it.
After this time, your order may already be in processing.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident ordering online. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your sunglasses arrive damaged or develop a fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply.

Change of Mind Returns

Because eyewear is a personal-wear item, we accept change-of-mind returns under the following conditions:

• Item is unused and unworn
• In original condition
• Returned in original packaging (case, cloth and any accessories)
• Lodged within 14 days of delivery

Return postage is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.

Exchanges

If you’d prefer a different colour or style, we’re happy to arrange an exchange (subject to availability).

Exchange items must meet the same criteria as change-of-mind returns.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned for change of mind.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.
