By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. We keep things clear and fair — in respect for you, for our craft, and for the integrity of our brand.

1. Products

Each pair of Jessie Boys eyewear is crafted with intention and checked by hand.

Due to the handmade nature of acetate production:

  • Colours and finishes may vary slightly

  • Product images aim to represent items as accurately as possible

Any variation is considered part of the natural character of the product, not a fault.

2. Orders

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.

If you need to adjust your order, please contact us within 2 hours.
After this time, your order may have already been processed.

Jessie Boys reserves the right to cancel orders where information is incomplete, fraudulent or unavailable.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.

Jessie Boys reserves the right to update pricing at any time.

4. Shipping

Dispatch Times

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours (business days) from our studio.

Where We Ship

We ship Australia-wide and internationally.

Delivery Times

Delivery time varies depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Jessie Boys is not responsible for:

  • Postal or courier delays

  • Customs delays

  • Lost parcels caused by incorrect address entry

International Duties & Taxes

International orders may incur import taxes or duties, payable by the customer.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Jessie Boys eyewear.
If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 7 days.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund once the item has been assessed.

Change of Mind

We accept change-of-mind returns for:

  • Unused, unworn items

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Returned within 14 days

Return postage is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges

We’re happy to arrange exchanges (subject to availability).
The same conditions as change-of-mind returns apply.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

  3. Attach photos if item is faulty

All payments are processed securely. Jessie Boys does not store or access your credit card information.
